Weekly Group Series
Join other meditators in our weekly meditation series program. 4-5 week, themed, series. We meet virtual-live, via Zoom.
Individual Private/Focused
Have something specific you would like support with? Life challenge, an important work function, relationship issue? Schedule a specialized, one-on-one session geared toward your unique situation. Work with Laurie privately at your office or virtual live via zoom.
Teen Programs
Equip your teen with tools to powerfully navigate all the stressors of teen-life. School, college-prep, test taking and presentations, athletics and competition, job interviewing, and peer relationships.
In this program, they will learn practices to help reduce stress and anxiety and increase focus, self-esteem, confidence, compassion, and emotional resilience (their ability to roll with uncertainty and rapidly changing life) The tools they gain in this series will support them though their teen years into adulthood. Teen ambassadors help teach and lead the classes.
