Meditation 101 Workshop

This 4-week series features weekly lessons and guided meditations that will give you the foundation for a consistent and life-changing meditation practice.

Where: Virtual-Live, via Zoom

What: Each class:

- 1 hour, 1 day/week for 4 weeks

- Meditation Lesson

- Guided Meditation Practice

- Weekly Mini Resets to practice during the week, “off the cushion” - where life is happening.

- Q & A with Laurie to share questions, concerns and ah-ha’s

    Starts Wednesday, April 6th from 11:00am - 12 and goes for the following three Wednesdays, 13th, 20th, 27th

  • Make Your Own Class

    Don’t see a time/ date that works for you? Gather a group of besties for your own private group. Times and dates are flexible
